AFTER HIRE, every staff member observes the following company policies:
- We customize a cleaning program to meet our customers’ specific needs and budget.
- Our consistently good service year after year. Currently two-thirds of our customers have been with us anywhere from 15-25 years ….. a record we’re really proud of!
- Good recommendation from previous employers
- No family or friends are allowed in our customers’ buildings
- Work begins in the early evening hours
- Must maintain confidentiality of private information
- Must observe our "no smoking" policy inside and outside the premises
- Must wear a company uniform and display a neat and clean appearance
